Flat is furnished. One bedroom available with single bed and built-in wardrobe. Share flat with female student/bartender. Not ideal for studious individuals as I work late nights and often have company over. Apartment is usually neat and tidy but Im easy going and Im not too fused about stuff like that. Great location. Right on the Strand and near rock pool. Currently have two indoor cats so you must love cats!!!! No additional pets are allowed due to leasing agreement.
