Looking for short term only at this stage (about 1-3 months neg). Currently a small dog at the address who is well behaved but does bark like any other dog. Other pets considered if they got on. My dog normally doesn’t like big dogs but grew up with a cat. I am a shift worker looking for a female housemate but would consider a CLEAN male. NO SMOKERS. House has a yard, a pool, 6 ft fence, street parking, close to public transport and shops. House has a third bedroom used as a study with ample room if you wanted to utilize it. Room has fan, air con and double doors that open to front patio. Room currently furnished with single bed, bedside table and some clothes storage. Can be unfurnished if needed. Rent of 150/week includes bills and internet but NOT food. Available now
