Have a four bedroom house fully air conditioned and large yard with a two way bathroom. There is one queen sized room available. The house is situated within walking distance from The Avenues shopping complex that also has doctor services and a bus stop near by. I have an 8 yr old daughter and a 17 year old living with me.Keep a clean and tidy house. Gas and electricity is included in the weekly rent but thats based on responsible use of the air conditioner.
