Small, unfurnished room available in spacious 4-brm house located in Kirwan! We are 3 Christian guys looking for a 4th housemate to move in with us.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a study, pool, shed, split system aircons, built-in wardrobes, fully furnished with a huge living room. The bedroom is large enough for a queen sized bed and small desk, although if desired the study has plenty of room for an extra desk.

The house is right next door to a newly completed Coles, about 8-10 minutes away from the university and about 15 minutes into the CBD. Very quiet, suburban area.

All of us are easy going, don’t party hard and don’t do drugs or nothing. Perfect house for someone who would like a quiet house to live/study in.
