Hey guysWe have two rooms to rent. One is furnished with a single bed if you need it the room is big enough for a double bed though the other is unfurninshed. both rooms have carpet and aircon n fans and inbuilt wardrobes. There is a bathroom and toilet that is available for you to share with one other roomate. We are located in a nice family based area of kirwan it would take you 20 mins to go anywhere in townsville. my partner sam and i have lived here for almost two years. Our other housemates are leaving soon for other commitments so we are looking for some fresh faces. We are laid back people who enjoy a quiet night at home and occasionally go out on the weekend. We are looking for someone who will pitch in with the cleaning and would preferably have a full time job.
