Hey. We have a room to rent.. its in our 4 bedroom house in a really nice family based area of kirwan. We do have a cat he is only 6mths old and very friendly we have a HUGE backyard and quite a spacious house. Its a low lying house very modern. The room is big enough for a double bed and has aircon. Also has a wardrobe. We do have a single bed in there if you need it but if you dont we can remove it. The house has an ensuite attached to our bedroom. There is also a seperate bathroom and toilet which would pretty much be all yours. We are looking for someone to pitch in with the housework and pick up after themselves. Me and my partner Sam are engaged and are looking to get married early 2011. We are christians so we are looking for someone who will respect our views. Weekly rent would be $120 and bond is $480 + 2 weeks rent so $720 in total that you would get back at the end of you stay. My partner Sam is in the army and i work full time.
