Hi looking for 3rd person to fill the newly vacant room. $140 p/w excluding amenitites which is just elec about 50 a month (3 month cycles)… free wifi internet…Great leafy suburb with riverside walking paths and nice and quiet..Perfect location of 10 min drive to Uni and 5 in to the city ($20 taxi)…new house with all the latest mod cons spacious and kept clean tidy. House is fully furnished but lots of room for more. There is a spare room as a study and a double garage for a car or storage. The house is fully furnished but if you have furniture there is plenty of room. The room is a single room (fits a queen bed) ceiling fan aircon and double sliding door wardrobe with floor/ceiling mirrors.We are 2 professional males (31 and 34) a cat and a new puppy….all working fulltime mon-fri. We are fit friendly and considerate. Enjoy keeping fit having a beer and a bbq every now and then. Pressure free house. Always happy to hang out or do your own thing. We have both share housed for years now so we know what is up with living like this.Pets welcome.
