We are a couple with a room available in a 4 bedroom house in Fairfield waters. We both work in the health industry and have current study commitments. We are easy to get along with enjoy socialising and a good chat after work. We like to keep fit and travel in our spare time and holidays. The room is standard size has a queen size bed and dressing table with a good size built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The house is in a fantastic location central to almost everything! We would prefer a female housemate (will consider males) you must be tidy able to maintain a conversation have a good outlook on life honest and most importantly..be able to pay your rent!!
