I would like to find an unfurnished place before the defence force/student rush in the new year. I am currently checking out 2 and 3 bedroom places for $290/week and less. Ideally I would like to spend no more than $130 per person per week. The above address is something I would be interested in applying for: its potentially only $100 a week each. Its not close to the water but its a short drive to the city or uni and is close to shops.Im looking at areas near the water (North Ward) but Im open to somewhere near the uni (Douglas Annandale Im still very unfamiliar with the area). Other things that I would like:* Air conditioning in at least bedrooms* Broadband* Off street parking* Outside area or a deck to have a beer in the sea breeze of an arvo.I have most of the stuff necessary for setting up house: furniture whitegoods and the always essential popcorn machine. Everything but bedroom furniture and a TV.Im environmentally responsible love music travelling love getting outside cooking (Im not vego but Im happy to cook vego). I will be spending quite a bit of time away from the house at study or at my fellas house. It would have to be OK for him to visit ocassionally too. I would like to live with someone fun and relaxed with an easy going attitude like myself. I am tidy but not anal. The details of how to organise bills any share groceries etc are not as important as finding the right person. I would like not necessarily a mature age student but a student with maturity – or a professional with same. Demonstrable financial security is a must as is a strong dislike of at least one of Miley Cyrus/Twilight/when people say 110% (ok so im joking about the strong dislike part.
