Hi all I am currently a professional and I am going back to uni next year. So I am debating on whether I remain in my unit or rent it out.I am a quiet lady who is very busy. If I stay I am looking for someone who doesnt mind living with someone who is out most of the time.If you and a friend want to move in I am happy to move out as I have another place I can move into.
