House; Stones throw away from uni hospital shops tavern riverside walkways.. House is 4bed 2 living areas 1 bathroom 2 toilets. Easy maintenance only small amount of grass out front moden kitchen. Main room for rent has giant walk in robe a/c fan. it is available whenever.Second room has b/r fan courtyard views available Dec 10th.The house has fridge washing machine kitchen stuff but not much in the form of entertainment as I have sold everything in living areas as i am moving; so everyone pretty much sticks to their rooms. the main bedroom is furnished until i sell everything (the lease runs out in Feb). Looking for student/professional to move in and possibly take on lease (runs out in Feb) and continue into 2012. Cant really get much closer to uni/hospital than this.
