Current renant left me high and dry..Came home today and found room empty and rent not paid. Room cleaning wasnt done as well as utilities not paid.-Tenant lost his jobTo those looking for a quiet place to reside I have a room for rent.I am currently renting through a realestate and so when an applicant applies to myself they also need to be approved throught he realestate.The room available has airconditioning as does the whole house. There are 2 bathrooms however the non ensuite is available to applicant as well as may have to share with my 2 children on the odd occasion however they may prefer to bath and not shower in my ensuite.The room is not furnished and however has built in cupboards. The house also has a seperate toilet for the applicant to use and is attached to the laundry with a seperate door for privacy.All other rooms are not for the applicants use except the kitchen and the loungeroom. The house is open plan however with limited cupboard space and so the applicant would only be limited to there room cupboards.I am looking for someone that has a steady job and income to pay rent on time as well as utilities.The house has wireless internet and so the utilities per month would be half the internet cost as well as $50.00 per month for the power. Every 3 months the power bill is about $300-$400 and thats even when Ive been at work most of the time and away. Any more than the $300 a quarter in the bill the applicant will have to pay half of the extra on top of the $50 a month. Happy to include applicants name on utilies to make official and above board. Utilities will start from the date applicant moves in and not from previous bills.I am an honest person just looking for someone to help with cost of the property while I look for a property to buy in the next year or so. Recently seperated and so this is another reason I want to keep property as I dont want to have to move my boys as I work close by.Can upload pics. Kind regards Kellie
