Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are available now in this “SHARE RENT” house.

Room is complete with bed, desk and chair. Each room has its own key and split system A/C. House rules DO APPLY. Bathroom is a tenant shared area.

The house also has an in-ground pool and and common area (which will be serviced every fortnight). Electricity is included and all yard and pool maintenance is provided. Excess for electricity usage will apply.
