Room includes all furniture if required such as a queen bed bedsides mirror and built-in cupboards along with fan air-conditioning and TV point.The house is fully furnished throughout with a decent sized yard and large back patio. A parking space in driveway will be provided. We have a small dog who is very friendly but is mainly an outdoors dog. We are a very friendly couple one of whom works full-time and studies part-time whilst the other studies full-time. We are very clean tidy and quiet people and would be looking for the same. House is very close to Ring Road Riverway Willows and University.Rent includes electricity and basic household supplies.
