Privacy for all tenants is paramount in our properties so we ask that visitors are kept to an absolute minimum and sleep/study times are respected.
Preference is given to quiet people with full time employment or students that have a serious desire to study and will therefore be wanting privacy and quiet..
This is definitely not a party house, but your comfort and privacy is of upmost importance.
