Looking for a room mate for a house of mainly uni students. The house has a garden with a pool, shed, lawn and large veranda. The room for rent is in the first floor, approx. 15 m2 and has sliding doors to a balcony shared with two other rooms. 3 mins drive from uni and right around the corner from Annandale shopping village. We all have busy uni and work schedules and only want someone who can respect this and be considerate. However, we enjoy hanging out together and having weekend bbq’s.
