Hi Im Kristie I have a room i need to rent to a friendy carefree and responsable female! My flat is located in Aitkenvale close to Stockland Shopping Center James Cook Uni and the Hospital. It is fully furnished neat and tiedy fully air-conditioned with yard and verranda. The Ross River is only a brief walk and the james cook uni is about 10 mins away by car! The room has split system air conditioner builtin caboards a double bed and desk all linen is provided. There is only one car park althought it is a quite street. I am lookig to share expenses including internet electricity and rent as i am starting uni this year so another student would be great.
