$150 per week, that includes weekly clean and lawn care service, other bills such as gas and power are divided.

Quiet, respectful people to share house with, that on occasions might like to have a chat and mingle with.

Very central to Myers (stockland Nathan plazza), Major Bus transport, Townsville hospitial, JCU uni, Mater hospitial, Park Haven Hospitial, Pimilco TAFE, and many parks and bike ways.

On street parking.

House: 3 bedroom house with a study/guest room to one side of the main house.

Fully furnished house (including cooking utensils, cultery, cockery etc!)

Very light and breezy house and catches the wind! It is bulit for our hot north queensland summers! (which is good for the communal areas such as the lounge, dinning and kitchen as they are not air conditioned) rent includes once a week general clean of house, the rest of the time it is asked that everyone keeps the place reasonablly tidy for every one to enjoy!

Polish floors through out house (requesting no shoes to be worn inside house please!)

Rooms: All bed rooms are air conditioned!, built ins, fans, and beds! (please chat to me about your requirements regarding furniture)

Yard: Lovely corner block, very big yard!, lots of grass that i have a lawn care servie for!
Plenty of afternoon shade and brezze, out door area that can easily be set up for BBQ’s etc.
