House is a 4 bedroom house with 2 seperate bathrooms. House also has a pool and outdoor entertaining area. Close to Base Hospital, shops, Fourways, airport, and city is just walking distance away. Very spacious, open to sunlight, quiet peaceful neighbourhood.

Note: although photos show furniture, these were owned by the previous owners, the house was bought by me recently therefore the rooms will be unfurnished (ie. no bed). All rooms have built-ins however, such as wardrobe, drawers, desks/table, and airconditioning.

Housemates will be sharing with the owner (me, 29 year old male, working professional in the medical/healthcare industry).

Working professionals preferred. Inspections from 18/3/13, move in date anytime after 4/4/13.

Rooms are $200 p/wk inclusive of all expenses, bond is 2 wks rent paid upfront
