I am a 38 year old professional woman with 10 year old daughter we have a spare room to rent in our unit and am looking for a student attending university that will fit in well with our household. I am happy to do cooking at meal times since I have to cook nightly anyway. We are situated very close to public transport and not far from the university. We would want someone that is responsible and respectful.
