Hey, I own a 2 bedroom unit on Bridge Rd and am looking for a nice roommate

The room currently has a double bed (can have a desk as well). The unit is in a complex of 8 with 1 bathroom and separate toilet. The place is fully furnished and there is off street parking. You will need to be ok with a small dog as well. I’m not wanting more pets though, sorry.

Rent will be $180 including internet and water, electricity will be extra.
