$200/wk includes electricity. Two-storey house. Three bedrooms upstairs. One room is occupied, third room is being renovated. The available room is freshly painted, has a ceilling fan, TV and built-in-robe. Furnished with queen ensemble, but this can be taken out and stored downstairs if you have your own furniture. I have a room downstairs, but don’t spend a lot of time at home. One great feature of the house is the verandah which is furnished with sunbeds and lounges, and made private by a jungle in the front yard.
