We are a young couple hoping to rent out 1 room in the home we rent. I am 19 and my partner is 20. It is a beautiful brand new home with the racecourse just over the fence. 4 bedrooms, lounge room, rumpus room, alfresco area, ensuite and walk through wardrobe in main bedroom. We are not wanting to fill the house right up as we need a spare room for family when they come for holidays. We want someone who is very tidy, honest and very trustworthy, would be a bonus if you are young and easy to get along with. Prefer a male or couple but females feel free to apply
