I am currently chasing a room mate for my house in North Mackay. Sharing with myself and maybe eventually I may get another person in the 3rd bedroom.
3 bedroom house, decent sized rooms, newly renovated and fully air conditioning.
I am wanting 170 plus 10 a week towards electricity and whatever else is left owing when the bill comes is split (equally of course).
I prefer someone who is working and is fun, and not hard to live with. Prefer a guy (easier to live with) but I am open to offers.
Available around the 20th December if not a bit before if needed.
