~30min walk to the CBD. On a night out, if there’s a 1-2 hour wait time at the taxi rank and it makes no sense to wait, just walk home. Cab to town or back home is about $10-15.

Quiet Panasonic split system A/C in room.(mostly common sense stuff). All bedrooms are well insulated for noise and all bedroom doors are solid doors.

Large patio area with a BBQ. Patio is 11.7m by 3.6m suitable for any parties. Have a ping pong table in the garage.

I am the live-in landlord, pretty sociable, like the outdoors, play outdoor and indoor soccer, am a “trained” ping pong player, and I like a drink or two now and then. Other housemates and myself are in our twenties, working professionals, and all like to do something together on a free weekend. So pretty sociable bunch. Would be good to get somebody with similar interests.

Housemate must be courteous, respectful, clean, tidy, and be respectfully quiet (e.g. when people are sleeping).

Rent includes water/power, foxtel, internet, A/C. MINIMUM 6 months stay. 4 weeks bond, and 2 weeks rent in advance, rent paid fortnightly. May accept couples for extra.

Can reduce rent for doing chores if wanted. Chores like mowing the lawn, cleaning, etc. as I hate doing them. We do have rostered general cleaning though so that each housemate (myself too) is responsible for general stuff each week, e.g. emptying the rubbish bin, emptying the dishwasher daily, and vacuuming and moping once.
