I am looking for a relaxed clean and tidy person or couple to move in to the spare bedroom of my near new townhouse that is very close to mackay CBD. Theres a Supa IGA just across the street the beach is only a 6 min walk away and the traffic isnt an issue at all. The house is completely fully furnished and the spare bedroom has a Queen sized bed and chest of draws and has its own private bathroom as well as floor to wall built in wardrobe with full length mirror. The furniture can be removed if not required. There is an automatic roller door garage with some extra storage space. Big balcony on the middle floor with bbq and table and chairs for entertainment.
