My mate and I are currently looking for a house to rent between our selves. in ooralea or some were close that area. looking to rent a room out to a male or female from 18-30.
the rent will be split 3 ways along with electricity and water.
rent will be around the one 160.00 a week mark.
we both work full time.
I have dog so someone with a dog wouldn’t be an issue if gets along with others.
