Older style place in east mackay. All renovated on the inside. One room in a three bedroom house. Its not a huge room but it fits a queen bed n cupboard easy n its still roomy right across from the bathroom. On an 800m2 block. Very close to shops, beach and the cbd. Must be pet friendly as i have a dog an two cats. They are all well behaved but are my little family so i definatly would need a strong word that they arw safe with gates etc being closed. All in all its a pretty cruisy household. So if your tidy in living ways, animal friendly, employed and not afraid to use a lawn mower or sweep a foor contact me asap. :))
