We are looking for someone who is clean and easy to get a long with.

Both housemates work hard during the week, so tend to take it easy Monday to Friday, but don’t mind the odd social occasion on the weekend.

The house is spacey and has a big undercover area at the front and back. We like to keep a tidy house, without being super clean freaks.

There house has modern appliances and is fully air conditioned. We are only 250m from the beach and a 5 min drive from Town or the aiport.

The bedroom is very large with with new carpets, and has built ins including mirrors. The room has a new airconditons split system

Rent is $170/week neg. We also have communal internet which would be an extra $30 per month. Utilities are split evenly.
