Hey I have a spare room in my 3 bedroom, two story townhouse. Two people live here already one is myself 20 year old professional female, easy going and easy to get along with. The other is a 33 year old male professional who travels a fair bit for work.
Downstairs there is a kitchen, patio, lounge with nice leather lounge suite, nice tv with foxtel, airconditioning, laundry and downstairs toilet. Upstairs are our rooms, your bathroom, toilet and linen closet. The room is fully furnished with a queen size solid timer bed and bed side tables, built in wardrobe. Coming into winter there wont be an aircon in that room however your rent covers your power and any extra is covered by myself and the other tenant.

We are neat and tidy people and would like someone the same. I would prefer someone who respects other peoples privacy but also likes to socialise with the other people in the house from time to time.

There is wifi and foxtel which will be split between the housemates, electricity and water is included in rent though.
