My friend and I are sharing a house and we have a single room to rent. The room is average size. We have a bed available if needed. The room has built in wardrobe. There are two small dogs on the property also. We are easy to get along with and love a laugh. The room will be $200 a week, this includes bills. We would prefere someone who will not be home much, like a miner. You must be neat and tidy and easy to get along with.
