The newly renovated Tolga Country Lodge is centrally located in the quaint village of Tolga, minutes away from Atherton business centre and in close proximity to the farming sector of the Atherton Tablelands.
The lodge offers affordable accommodation to the numerous seasonal workers that are drawn to the Tablelands. its also a clean and tidy spot for the holiday maker that wants to spend their time visiting the many Waterfalls, Tinaroo Dam, Wine tasting, hot air ballooning and the list goes on. The owner/manager has their own room that is private from the accommodation and their own private bathroom. The lodge is a beautifully restored homestead building in the true heritage colours with splendid white timber casement windows surrounding the building. It has a large spacious fully equipped communal kitchen, including a commercial stove, grills, toasters, rice cooker, deep fryer, and every one has allocated fridge and freezer space and shelving for your groceries. Leading from the kitchen dining and bar area with its stunning slate floors and timber furnishings which looks out into the lush green gardens in the backyard. The lodge is made up of two separate buildings, one building with dorm style rooms and the other building is ‘guest house’ style rooms. The dorms are large size with king single bunk beds which sleep up to four people. Also each person has their own personal lockable wardrobe for their personal belongings in the dorms.
The ‘guesthouse’ rooms have comfortable double beds and with a lovely light shade and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathrooms for males and females are very stylish, new and modern. Others features include:
