The U-shape house is centred around the outdoor courtyard and large sheltered timber look deck. While on the beach front side an indoor/outdoor entertaining area is achieved by lockable powder coated aluminium bi-fold shutters running the whole length of the entertaining wall. These shutters are cyclone rated to prevent damage in extreme weather and are also retractable with flyscreens built into the shutters. This indoor/outdoor area enables is lockable but allows you to take full advantage of the beautiful weather by opening the whole space.
