2 rooms in quiet close in white rock. House has pool DSL and basic cable tv. One room is air conditioned one is not. Both have built ins unfurnished otherwise. Non-drinker preferred smoking is ok as long as its outside. Employed people only. I have five cats so you must like or at least tolerate cats. Pets negotiable. Good neighbourhood. Shed in backyard for tools/bits n pieces.
