Its a nice small duplex fairly quiet area close to shops and schools and walking distance to public transport.Food and electricity isnt included with the rent. water and internet is paid for. I am an independent person and I do clean up after myself I keep the place generally neat and tidy. I work full time and i have a very big social life.
