Im looking for a flatmate to share the cost of living. The house is close to the city shopping centre public transport TAFE English College etc. The room is the master room of the house so its big with air-con queen size bed polsh floor linen etc. Im a working student finishing my diploma in management. Im looking for someone easy going responsible; basically someone able to pay the rent on time. There really is not hard and fast rule to living with someone I found that if you respect yourself then you tend to respect those around you. Couples are welcome plus if you are a couple its cheaper still. Travellers are also welcome I just need one to two weeks notice if you want to move out.
