Hi! We have a room to rent on the ground floor of this lovely, well-maintained two-storey home. The room comes with an ensuite bathroom with classic clawfoot bath, and can be partly or fully furnished as needed.

This room would happily suit a couple or single – with a positive personality and who is clean, responsible, and easy-going. Available from mid-June
$140 per week for singles, $190 per week for couples.
