New 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in smithfield village (Trinity Park). Close to swimming centre, gym, JCU, Northern beaches. Looking for a happy tidy reliable housemate. I work away every second week so my house mate would get the place to themselves a lot. I also have a 4 month old dog that lives here so this would suit someone maybe with a pet as well.
