I am currently a full time worker and a part time uni student. I have a brand new house at Trinity park close to JCU. The room available has a bed and computer desk available if required. You will have your own bathroom and toliet and lock up garage. House is fully furnished with a washing machine and dryer. Wireless internet is also available.
