The complex has a large swimming pool with bbq and offstreet parking. 7 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the Coastwatcher shopping complex. Also located on bus routes to Cairns and JCU.No couples. Rent is $125 per week including power and is paid 2 weeks in advance. Bond of $350 required also on arrival.
