Not a party house, but perfect for studying or just relaxing over a quiet drink or weekend BBQ. Large modern kitchen, laundry with dryer, plenty of natural light, cool breezes & shade. Off street parking. 20 mins to Cairns City, 15 mins to airport, close to University, shopping centre, restaurants, public transport (direct bus to City, Uni). Walk to beach.
$155 per week (INCLUDES ELECTRICITY). No Bond required, however first & last weeks rent will be required when moving in and 2 weeks notice given when moving out. Please note, no pets are allowed.
