Hi , I have a room at trinity beach in a 4 bedroom apartment. Its walking distance to the beach, close to local transport, shops and university. The place is a/con’d and fully furnished. The room has a queen bed with everything you need (towels, linen, pillows etc), a desk, lamp and chair for studying students. It is $145 per week which includes fast wireless internet (UNLIMITED DATA) and also includes electricity and water in the price. I would prefer some-one who easygoing, tidy an must be a non smoker.
