The room is at trinity beach in a 4 bedroom apartment. Its walking distance to the beach, close to local transport, shops and university. The place is clean, airconditioned and fully furnished. The room has a queen bed with everything you need there (towels, linen, pillows etc), desk, lamp and chair (if you are a uni student). It is $145 per week which includes fast wireless internet (UNLIMITED MONTHLY DATA) and also includes electricity, water etc in the price. I would prefer some-one who easygoing, tidy and a must be non smoker. If this sounds like you the only thing you need to bring is yourself & your smile, thanks judy
