Hi, I have a room at trinity beach in a 4 bedroom apartment. Its walking distance to the beach, close to local transport, shops and university. The place is a/con and fully furnished. The room has a queen bed with everything provided (towels, linen, pillows etc), also a desk, lamp and swivel chair, to make study comfortable. It’s $145 per week which includes fast wireless internet (UNLIMITED DATA) and also includes electricity, water etc in the weekly price. I would prefer some-one who easygoing, tidy and a non smoker.
