At the moment there is a couple who have a 2 year old and 5 month old (It is July now) Both well behaved children. The unit is clean and tidy and well looked after.Our unit is on the 1st level and our balcony looks over the garden with some very nice trees. At the end of our street there is a bus stop across the road from that is the shops and with a 5-10 minute walk you can be at the beach. By bus it will take you about 15 mins to get to the uni or about an hour into the city depending on the bus that you catch. Rent is $125 per week and then electricity works out to be about $500 a quarter which would be divided by however many rooms you take eg if you take one room you would be paying about $10 a week but it depends on the bill – if it is a small bill you will of course be paying less.
