I have a 4 bedroom house and currently seeking a reliable and trustworthy person/s to share house with. Room is carpeted with built in wardrobe. Room furnished with a single bed but a queen bed can be organised. Room is $130 a week for single or $220 for couple, plus $60 per month for facilities. There are two living rooms both with foxtel. Looking for outgoing, tidy and responsible person/s to move in with a view of not less than 2 months residency.

Only a couple of minutes walk to Smithfield shopping center and buses linking you to Cairns city and surrounds.

Currently there is myself and one other person sharing the house. On occasion my two children stay with me but only stay for 10-14 nights per month. They are 4 & 5 this year, and are very caring and affectionate.
