About the home:
Located in The Beaches Luxury Apartments in Smithfield. This is a secure complex, with 3 pools, Tennis court, Gym, Barbeques, and is a couple of hundred metres from James Cook University. Also close to shopping centre, and transport.

It is a corner apartment, located on the third top floor, so there are lots of extra windows which allow for a nice breeze. There is air-con available in all rooms.

The apartment is fully furnished, and the room available includes a queen bed, two bedside tables and a built in wardrobe. The main bathroom would be yours.

About the household:
This is a clean and quiet place to live.

We would do separate cooking I am vegetarian, but am not bothered by meat.

I am very clean, reliable and respectful of others, and would expect the same from my housemate.

I am a business professional working part time. I am also studying dentistry full time at James Cook University, so I am very busy/focused and have some very long days at my desk.

About the ideal flatmate:
I am looking for someone who is clean, reliable with bills and trustworthy. Must be a non-smoker.
