we have a gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment for rent opposite the JCU.we are situated in the Beaches complex a secure gated area 3 pools a gym and tennis court included!Our apartment has a gorgeous patio area leading straight out to the pool and bbq area.The whole apartment is A/c and furnished. Including whitegoods.We rent through a private real estate and they have been fantastic so far.Rent is $265 a week. Bond will be needed 4 x rent plus 2 weeks in advance i think but can be negotiated with the real estate. I am home any time to come around and have a look. The apartment would suit students a couple a small family anyone really!busses run regularly from the uni ( a short 5 minute walk) and we are only 5 minutes drive from smithfield shopping centre 10 minutes to the beaches and about 15 to the city!we absolutely love living here but my partner got accepted into uni in Melbourne so we are up and leavingCome out and have a look you definatly wont be dissapointed!
