Hi there we are desperate to find another house mate. I am almost 21 and my partner is 23. we are two of the easiest going people we dont have any house rules except the obvious (respect pay bills on time keep up with rent ect). We have two cats minx and josie. Josie sleeps all day and minx is very friendly. We are looking at someone who will sign the lease (pay bond etc) but if something comes up you are right to leave as long as you help find someone!!! The house we are moving to is brand new and is large enough to be a share home. we are looking for a third person. rent will be 120 for 3 weeks and then will drop to 90 when we gain our our 4th (will be female).we love to have bbq on the weekends with a couple of quiet mates. we love to fish wakeboard and anything outdoors. We are looking for a friendly person who can be happy and easy going. We own all house furnature so all you would need is your bedroom gear.(anything else would be a bonus). this house is about 500m walk to redlynch shopping centre – woolies bottlo bakery etc. prime location and brand new estate.it is short notice to have someone for the 2nd but we are desperate as our current house mate wants to live closer to work.If you are interest please contact me immediately.
