Prefer someone who has their own transport or happy to take the bus, nearest bus stop just down the street. And has steady income preferred.
Room comes with double bed, air con and built in wardrobe, small desk. Rent does not cover food, if you require Internet that is available. Housemate must be ok with sharing with single parent and child, one cat and one dog.
